About us
The culture architect
In the words of Peter Drucker, “culture eats strategy for breakfast.” Without an intentional focus on people and culture, your business strategy will falter.
By applying a diversity, equity, and inclusion lens to core HR & organizational design, I help growing companies move away from "accidental culture" to a purposefully designed operating model. My work ensures that as your headcount grows, your commitment to inclusion is hardwired into your talent processes.
With over 15 years of experience in HR leadership roles, spanning life sciences, tech, and consulting from startup to Fortune 500, I've become an architect for systemic change. I've led culture audits that increased employee retention, designed inclusive performance systems that removed subjective bias, and clarified governance structures to help teams move faster and fairer. I don't just provide advice; I provide the structural blueprint for a resilient, inclusive workplace where high performers from every background choose to stay.
I am passionate about building inclusive workplaces that fuel team success and team innovation, where everyone feels seen, heard, and valued for the differences that they bring.
